How long will they last for?

Remember this is a semi-permanent beauty procedure. Do not be duped by those who promise attachments that last for 2+ months. As your own natural lashes grow and fall out, so will the extensions that are attached. How well that you care for your lashes will greatly affect their lifespan. Do not pull at them! Your life style and what work you do will also make a difference on how long they last. A lady working in the food industry where there is a lot of heat, steam and oil may find that her lashes won't last as well as a lady's who works in an air conditioned office and may need refills more regularly.

What are refills and why do I need them?

Refills are replacing any extensions which have fallen out (due to the natural eyelash cycle) by applying more onto new lashes that have grown in, thus restoring the lash style back to its former glory!  You should have at least 50% of your lashes left when attending your refill appointment. At Ms.DIVA's we take the time to remove any extensions that have either grown out too far or are not sitting correctly. We refer to your former notes where we have recorded the style, type, length, thickness and curl of the extensions used within your lash set and use the same for your refills.

How often should I get touch-ups?

Typically every 3-4 weeks is recommended to replace any fallen lashes and/or for new lashes that have grown in.  If the fumeless glue is used for clients with sensitive eyes, the bond of it isn't as strong as the expert strength glue and refills may be needed more regularly. However refills are mostly needed every 3-4 weeks ensuring that your beautiful lashes are regularly freshened up and look full.
