Can I apply mascara to eyelash extensions?

You won't have to. You can roll out of bed looking pretty and best of all it will make your lashes look like you're wearing mascara 24/7 without the clumping, streaking and smudging look that you get with it. No more running and streaking mascara which is fantastic for brides on their special day. If desired you can wear a non-waterproof or semi-permanent mascara on the lower lashes.

I had eyelash extensions applied somewhere else and I am unhappy with them.  Can they be fixed at Ms.DIVA's?

At Ms.DIVA's we prefer not to mix our work with other people's work so it is advised that you either allow your extensions to naturally come off or contact us to discuss the options of having the extensions removed before your appointment to have a new set applied. If your eyes are red and sore from the incorrectly applied eyelash extensions that were applied elsewhere, we would advise resting your eyes from extensions for approximately 3-4 weeks before having a professional set reapplied at Ms.DIVA - Master Lash Stylists.

Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes.  By booking first, we can ensure the correct amount of time is devoted to you.  Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

What should I do before my eyelash extension appointment?

If you have extremely fair eyelashes, it is recommended to have them tinted at least 24hrs before your eyelash extension appointment. Wash your eye area with a mild cleanser removing all traces of makeup and mascara. Avoid using oily eye-makeup remover (which contains glycol) as this prevents the extensions from adhering properly to the natural lashes. Ms.DIVA recommends using products from the "Simple" range. If in doubt with what to use, just wash with Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo to remove eye makeup. Do not perm or curl your eyelashes before your eyelash extension appointment. If you wear contact lenses please bring your contact lens case as your lenses will need to be removed.
